<p>Intimate, exclusive and very hush-hush, this monthly supper club only has 10 spots for in a secret location in Nottingham. The location is only revealed once you’ve booked your place at the table &#8211; all we know is it&#8217;s in a 1872 Gothic Revival house. With so few guests, it&#8217;s a perfect place to connect with new people over a thoughtfully crafted seven-course menu (and you can BYO booze).</p>

<p>Fancy a sumptuous seasonal feast in a candlelit Victorian glasshouse? SKC Supper Clubs run monthly suppers surrounded by landscaped gardens on a private estate and the autumn ones sound very tempting. Start your evening with a glass of homemade bramble fizz and English sparkling wine and canapés, before a menu that includes seasonal favourites like pumpkin, cavolo nero, and plums and apples from just outside The Glasshouse. Autumn supper club dates are set for 13 Sept, 11 Oct and 15 Nov.</p>

<p>How about an feast with a difference in the Derbyshire countryside that showcases the full field to fork experience? The intimate Field to Fork supper on <strong>Sat 27 Sept </strong>could be the one. Led by Ralph Skripek, The Derbyshire Wild Chef, this will be a hands-on evening that honours the journey of food from land to table. Not for the faint-hearted, it starts with a full butchery demonstration of a&nbsp;locally sourced deer carcass. reviving a countryside tradition that values nothing going to waste. As the sun sets, the meat will be&nbsp;marinated and cooked over charcoal, bringing out deep, smoky flavours, accompanied by a feast of vibrant seasonal sides and fresh-baked artisan breads. The evening concludes with a curated&nbsp;platter of English cheeses, chutneys and fruit, served with a&nbsp;range of Amber Valley wines&nbsp;(included in the £65pp price).</p>

<p>Oh Chatsworth, you spoil us. A seasonal supper created using farm shop produce from the estate, along with expertly paired wines? What could be finer? Sweeping views of the beautiful Chatsworth estate? Go on then.&nbsp;If you’ve ever indulged in the farm shop here, you’ll know the kind of quality we’re talking. Expect traditional fare expertly done. The next one is 23 October and promises the likes of pigeon pie, venison haunch, and sticky toffee pudd &#8211; all for £59pp including wine.</p>

<p>If you’re in the north of the Shire, you must, must, must experience the epitome of a modern feast at a supper club under the beams of The Mowbray.&nbsp;One of the finest, immersive foodie experiences in the city, up to 160 guests gather along Hogwarts-style, candlelit banquet tables for a rolling Norse-inspired feast for the senses. And it’s all just a short drive from the Sheffield Parkway directly off the M1.&nbsp;Servings are hearty and the food is ultra-fresh, local and seasonal. These supper clubs only happen sporadically, but they are pure magic when they do, so it’s worth having your ear to the ground and book early. <p>Maybe not Michelin starred, but certainly Michelin inspired, it’s well worth taking a hop across the border to Staffordshire to sample <a href="https://www.saucesupperclub.co.uk/product-category/guest-chef-events/">Sauce’s monthly supper club</a>.&nbsp;Sauce offers fine dining from guest chefs who count themselves among the best in the UK. Next up? <em>Masterchef The Professionals</em> finalist Liam Rogers, who honed his skills in some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens, including the two‑Michelin‑starred Gleneagles and Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham. Known for his creativity, precision, and love for bold flavours, his menu for Fri 19 Sept sounds like a stunner, with the likes of Beef tartar tart, Wild bass Crudo with mango and passionfruit, and lemon sorbet with prosecco.</p>
