Often touted as one of the best high streets in England, it’s no surprise that Belper is teaming with indies for your next shopping spree. The gorgeous <a href="https://the1924.com/">1924 Arcade Building</a> has recently opened with independent boutiques galore – from jewellers to illustrators to candle-makers.
