From her beautiful back-to-nature base at Yeldersley Hall, Claire Fildes uses a mix of reiki, meditation, crystals and one-to-one coaching, to offer a transformative experience that will help you connect, reflect and heal. Reiki is a natural, comforting experience (and not at all witchy if you’re a tad wary of the woo-woo!). There’s no touch; just heat and sensation that can help unblock the chakras and begin a natural healing process in a safe space.

Originally a graphic designer, Claire hit rock bottom after divorce and picked herself up from a place of low self-worth. Having successfully navigated her journey back to self-love, she is passionate about helping others do the same and gives them the tools to heal themselves.
